In the name of God Amen I Benjamin Dutton of Great Gransden in the County of Huntingdon being of perfect mind and memory thanks be given unto God for it and therefore calling to mind the mortality of my body and knowing it is appointed for all men and so did do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament And first I give and devise unto my loving wife Ann and to her heirs for ever all my Estate both Reall and personall shor[t]paying out of the same my just debts and funerall Charges; whom also I do constitute make and ordain my only and solo Executrix of this my last Will and Testament And I do hereby utterly Revoke and Disannull all and every other former Wills and Testaments Executors Logaries and Bequests by me in any wise before this time [these names are illegible] rattifying and confirming this and no other to be my Last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this ninth day of December and in the thirteenth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith, and in the year of our Lord God one thousand seven hundred and forty 3:
